Should you wish to delete your account entirely this can be done through the GDPR section which can be found on the navigation bar.

NOTE: You should make sure that you download all of your documents before deleting the account.

Once you have received your documents you can click on the "Delete Account" button.

This action will lock your account and mark it for deletion in 24 hours.

If you change your mind and wish to recover your account, please do so by contacting our support team on support@mii-vault.com within the 24 hour period.

After the expiry time, all of your documents and contact details will be purged from our system. There is no way to recover your account after this time.

We will cease billing you at the end of the current billing cycle.
