OK we all do it from time to time and it's not the end of the world. Go to the "Login" page and click on the "Forgot password" link.

You will need to answer one of your security questions so hopefully you will have set this up already.

We will send a password reset to your email address.

Click on the button in the email and it will take you to a page that will allow you to create a new password.

If you have forgotten to set your security questions then you will need to send an email to support@mii-vault.com and we will go through the process of validating your ID and resetting your password.
