Over a period of time you could end up having hundreds of documents, images, videos stored in your vault. You can imagine that finding the file that you want may become a little difficult so we would encourage you to use a Tag system in order to easily find your files.

For example, if you upload an Apple stock certificate and you tagged it with #Share #Stock #Apple. To find it among all of your documents in the Master Vault you can just use the "Search" function (top left) and type in "Stock" "Apple", hit "enter" and immediately it will be the only document visible. Examples of other tags would be #insurance #will #bank #wedding #stock #certificate.
