Miigen Support
One of the more useful tools for our Miigen users is SimpliSafe.  Using this tool allows you to store important documents for future reference without worry of losing access to them.    Documents in SimpliSafe are organised into Folders.   Creating a folder is straight forward.
 
  1. When in the SimpliSafe tool, click the "New Folder" button on the right side of the top controls. 
    Note: On mobile, this will be on the bottom of the screen.

  2. The following "Add Folder" popup will appear.

  3. You then need to enter a name for the folder, click into the text box in the 'Add folder' popup and type the name.
  4. You have the option here for choosing a custom icon for the folder, if you click on the downarrow next to the icon, as in the screenshot below, you can then click on one of the various icon options.

  5. Click 'Create' and your new folder will be added to the system.
