Miigen Support

If you have signed up to Miigen and are currently looking or waiting for your activation email so that you can activate your Miigen account, there are a few things you can check.

Check Email Address

On the screen after registering, it will tell you that an email has been sent to your email address. Check if this email address is correct as you may have entered it.

Resend Email

If you can’t see the email after waiting for a while, try clicking the resend email button and having a new email sent you.

Junk mail

Check your email’s Junk or Spam folder for the email.

As your email provider tries to protect you from unwanted mail, your activation email may have been mistaken for spam or junk mail and ended up in the wrong folder. Check this folder for your email in case this is where it’s hiding.
